How can one be healthy?

How can one be healthy? This is the question which has been in on one's mind since the human being has learned to live. Till date, its been a very difficult issue to answer this question properly. I don't know whether i can do it or not, but let me try.....!

Recently, there was a program on T.V, they were introducing a sanyasi, he is 110 yrs. old, unmarried, doesn't have any habit (smoking, alcoholism etc.,etc...), lives in forest, eats very limited & many times he avoids food, no contact with the outside world & he says it is the secret for his long living.

I have a doubt, is it neccessary to live that long without a LIFE in living, where he does not have a family, no contact with anyone, doesn't even eat properly, doesn't know the different tastes, doesn't have any aim in life,
doesn't have a work to do, nobody waits for him, doesn't know the value of responsibility, doesn't have anybody who can make him happy or whom he can make happy. If long living comes only from being away from all these things...then a question arises in my mind, is this type of living neccessary?

MAN is a social animal (everybody would have read in their schooling) i.e., man lives in groups, shares his thoughts, his ideas, his activities, his sadness, his happy moments & so on....Many times, even living for a short while is worthier when he is being remembered by his fellowbeings for long time.

LIFE in living is very important, otherwise our being doesn't make any sense.

I strongly believe that "The One who understands the importance of life in his living will live for a long period" because he will not take any unneccessary tensions or he won't be greedy for MONEY!

When there are no tensions, obviously One would be healthy..!
But is this possible in today's life, where the life has become mechanical?

How many of us are spending our days with our parents, how many of us are taking care of our parents when they are ill, how many of us have seen our kids stabilising themselves while trying to walk, how many of us take lunch at home or take dinner with family...?!

I belive that every morning is beautiful & the day follows it, unless we spoil the day with our mood.

Our body depends upon our mind & vice-versa.
So, keep your body healthy & your mind would be happy or keep your mind happy & the body would follow it.

I would like to share my ideas, thoughts & experiences with all of my fellow beings & i also request you to correct me if i go wrong anywhere.

I wish you a Happy & Worthy life to live in.
